Some of our earliest family vacations were to Mexico. We remember walking the beaches looking for seashells, getting lost in a good book with the sound of the waves in the background, and watching beautiful sunsets together.
Those simple moments have stayed with us. Today, Puerto Vallarta is where we come as a family to make new memories, reconnect, and relax.
We’re Jeffrey, Bryce and Sandi—the co-owners and hosts of this condo, and a family who loves PV. From beach days with the twins to good food and time spent exploring, we love the moments we get to share here.
This is our second home, and when we’re not here, we open it to guests. We’re excited to share our home and our love of Puerto Vallarta with you, and we hope it becomes the setting for some of your favorite memories, too.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Arrival instructions are shared with confirmed guests.
Payment & booking terms
Payment is arranged after your host approves your request. Ask about Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or bank transfer. Your quote will specify the available payment methods, payment schedule, and cancellation terms before you commit.
